I. Object of ALVA's Advertising policy

ALVA aims to create a digital advertising environment that is trustworthy and transparent for all users, advertisers and publishers.

These policies are designed to make our users' experience safe and positive, in addition to complying with applicable laws. Therefore, they prohibit content that is harmful to users and the advertising environment in general.

II. Scope of ALVA's Advertising Policy

In order to advertise on ALVA, the advertiser must meet certain parameters as detailed below:

Ads with prohibited content: You cannot advertise on the ALVA network with this kind of ads that contain this type of content.

Prohibited Practices: Things you can't do if you want to serve ads with ALVA (system breach, malware, or other)

Content with restrictions: This kind of content you can advertise, but with limitations (cigarette advertising but with time restrictions).

Editorial and Technical Requirements: Quality standards to follow for ads, websites, and apps

Advertising will be automatically evaluated based on the technologies that ALVA uses. In the event that said advertisements are identified as violating ALVA's advertising policies, they will be rejected or suspended from ALVA's platforms. However, ALVA gives you the opportunity to correct or adapt your ads to our policies by sending your new ad to commercial.support@oyealva.com so that it can be evaluated and advertised.

III. Products that you will not be able to advertise in ALVA

ALVA prohibits the sale or promotion of counterfeit products, such counterfeit products are imitations of genuine and authentic products that have been manufactured without the authorization of the brand owner. Visually, counterfeit products can appear almost identical to the ones Original authentic products, but often made of different and low-quality materials.

ALVA prohibits the advertising of drug-related products or any topic related to them, psychoactive substances, weapons or others that may threaten the safety of people who see said advertising.

ALVA prohibits violent content where you can see mistreatment of personnel or animals or that incites to commit violent acts against specific people or groups or that show fights where minors are involved.

ALVA prohibits content that encourages anti-competitive conduct such as plagiarism, piracy, fraud, deceit, scams and others that may constitute crimes under applicable law.

ALVA is based on principles of respect, non-discrimination or racism and goes against any inappropriate content and that includes these behaviors, likewise it restricts any content that transmits intolerance, lack of respect, insults and offenses based on gender , religion or other.

ALVA is against any advertising that contains deception or information that is not transparent as it is.

IV. Advertising with restrictions and/or limitations

ALVA under applicable law allows the promotion of the content specified below, but with some restrictions and limitations. This type of content may only be shown to some users at certain locations, times and that advertisers may have to meet additional requirements to serve these ads. Please note that not all ad products, ad features and networks support this content subject to restrictions, so we limit the display of certain categories of sensitive ads to users who are not Signed in or identified as under 18 by our systems Ads must respect user preferences and comply with legal regulations We restrict certain types of sexual content in ads and destinations, which are only shown in specific situations based on the age of the users users, the search queries they make and the laws of the place where the ad is published. It is the responsibility of advertisers to find out about the local regulations of the locations to which their ads are directed and releases ALVA from any responsibility of any claim that arises from said advertisement, assuming the corresponding defense.

In the event that the ad is related to gambling or any topic related to them, the advertiser must comply with the policies and rules of the location where the ad is going to appear. In addition, it must be oriented to places or countries where these are admitted likewise, each advertiser must have a page where all the information related to these practices is established in a responsible manner, whether for games, bets or other related, these ads may not be targeted at minors. The advertiser must consult, comply with and adapt to the local regulations of the areas to which they want to target this type of advertisement.

The advertiser is always responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as Google's advertising policies, in all geographic locations where their ads are displayed.

V. Violation of ALVA policies

ALVA is fully empowered to suspend accounts if it considers that our policies or the Terms and Conditions are not complied with.

If ALVA detects a serious violation, your account will be suspended immediately and without notice.

Serious violations will be those that are related to, are considered to be illegal practices, or that pose significant harm to our users or our digital advertising environment.

For other policy violations that result in account suspension, we'll send you a warning telling you the nature of the violation and what you can do to remedy it. This notification will be sent at least seven days before suspend the account to the email address provided by the advertiser.

In the event that your account has been suspended, all your ads will stop serving and we will not allow any content to be uploaded until the problem has been fixed and you have sent your justification to commercial.support@oyealva.com, which will be subject to a prior analysis. Likewise, all accounts related to the suspended account will be suspended.
